Open Market This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ) for Open Market pricing. Quotes for this requirement must be submitted using the price quote sheet provided below. The Court is seeking to award a firm fixed price contract to the vendor providing the Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote for the materials and services described in the Specifications/Statement of Work (SOW) in Section C below. The firm fixed price quote shall be all inclusive as no payments will be made in addition to the stated firm fixed price for any efforts made by the contractor in accomplishing the SOW as stated. No additional reimbursements will be allowed for other contractor costs incurred, such as for travel or per diem expenses, without prior approval and an executed contract modification. All questions regarding this RFQ must be sent via email only to Laurissa_Keane@lawd.uscourts.gov and glenn_richard@lawd.uscourts.gov by COB, 4/19/2021, 4:00pm (CST). All questions received and responses will be sent to all vendors included in this RFQ. Details: 

1. BACKGROUND:
The U.S. District Court has an office area located at 515 Murray St. Room 211, Alexandria, La.. This area contains approximately 2,000 square feet and is due for cyclical maintenance upgrades. At this time the Court would like to remove all wall covering and replace with paint in this area. This area contains multiple offices with employees being relocated during the renovation work. The Court will also be changing out the carpet along with the painting.
2. SCOPE:
Coordination between the court, carpet contractors, and painting contractors will be required to phase the work with minimum disruption of schedules to employees and contractors. The Court will remove furniture from the area and place it into storage during the renovation period.
